very good hotel. All bring on demand, View fantastic, comfortable gym and pool, good varied breakfast. Special thanks to the girl with the Anna reception, as well as Sima and Prasad. We found our thing, once again an apology for that. You have a great staff

The hotel is very well located, free parking is available, the staff is very kind, the bedroom is large and the living room is large as well. The kitchen is functional and equipped with the necessary appliances. The breakfast is served in the apartment and is ok considering the restrictions caused by the pandemic.

After reading the reviews I was looking forward to a comfortable stay at Staybridge during our stopover in Doha. We arrived at 2am on Jan2 and my first disappointment was the lobby. The furnishing were cheap and univiting (see photo) not at all what I expected from a highly rated hotel. When we got to our floor the hallway was narrow, bare, harsh white walls and floor, almost devoid of decor (see photo), again quite cold and cheap looking. Enterring the apartment there was an alcove with a table at the end (see photo) again not appealing to me. The rest of the apartment were a large dining room, bedroom with very nice bedding, kitchen, living room, two bathrooms and a terrace. I was exhausted after a 20 hour flight and just wanted to check my emails and get in bed. The electric outlets were not European nor any that would take my international adapter. Nor were there any adapters in the room. The front desk must have known that outlets in Qatar were unique but didn't say anything. Thus followed my first call to reception and waiting for someone to deliver the necessary adapter. Once plugged in I found out that, again, we weren't given a wifi code, nor was there one waiting for us in the room. That was my second call for someone to give us a wifi code (now its about 2:30am). Even with the code we still could not access the wifi so someone (#1) came to help but he couldn't solve the problem so he called for someone more knowledgeable. That person (#2) came, couldn't solve it and called for yet another person to come. That person (#3) came, assessed the situation and called his technical support. After some trial and error the problem was diagnosed and resolved. They told me that the hotels firewall was rejecting my computer, phone and tablet. At 3:30 am I finally checked my mail and went to bed. Breakfast was served from 6am to 10 am. The staff was continually checking that we were happy.

The room was very clean, kitchen was equipped with all needed for 4 persons including microwave oven and washing machine, very quiet and, well furnished, I really enjoyed my stay.

The breakfast was wonderful! Every Tuesday and Thursday evening the hotel invites all of the guests for a complimentary small snack tasting get-together. The GM of the property, Soha, and the Director of Sales, Hadi, were so welcoming! In addition to the reception staff who were all fantastic.

The hotel is excellent and well maintained. The rooms is good size and the furniture is modern. Bed is comfortable and I am a big guy (this usually an issue). The staff are curtous and helpful. Thumbs up and highly recommend staying at Staybridge Suites (especially for families).

We checked in so late around 8PM and we were surprised that the receptionist upgraded us from One-Bedroom Suite with City View to Two-Bedroom Suite. we were so happy about that. the staffs especially the receptionist was so accommodating and friendly. the room was so huge. the view was amazing. the things inside the room are almost new, kitchenware for example. perfect view of marina twin tower in the pool area. they even allowed us to check out around 2PM. the hotel was not crowded unlike other hotels here in doha.
